He sent me an e-mail last night about Doctor Who...

Halfway through the season premiere...glad he's back but I think I hate River Song more than Haji or Scrappy Doo.

We are SO cut from the same fannish cloth.

I'm working on my apocalyptothon pinch hit. Should be ready to post later today.

In the mean time, I caught up on the BBC America feed of Doctor Who, and I STILL HATE RIVER SONG.

I finally watched Doctor Who, "The Eleventh Hour."

And despite whatever bitterness I may have towards Steven Moffat and his merry band of One-Off Companions More Special Than Rusty's, the new series is off to a great start.

In the wake of Doctor Who "The End of Time," I am neither pleased nor particularly gut-punched. And I'm really not looking to Steven Moffat as the savior of the franchise either.
